Whether you are a veterinary technician, pet sitter or groomer you are on the front line of care and communication between your client and and the animal's companion. You may be the first to recognize an underlying medical circumstance that the owner will dread hearing. Your professional response is critical and must convey not just understanding and sympathy but reflect purpose and knowledge that this will be a journey not taken alone but rather shared by the patient and family and guided by you the caregiver.
